A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the matter and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also take appropriate action against repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and our policies.
Please note that filing a DMCA notice falsely alleging copyright infringement may result in legal consequences, including monetary damages and attorneys' fees incurred by the accused party.
